Mūrbūdu
The boldest cider experimenters in the Baltics — proudly calling themselves anarchists of the cider world. Their flavor palette is the widest you’ll find. As they say, they don’t follow centuries-old traditions — quite the opposite, they create their own. In their cider making, they blend apples with the most unexpected ingredients. And we're not just talking about berries. Using Latvian-grown products, they aim to surprise with bold and unusual flavor combinations. They made their first ciders in 2016, in an old, abandoned manor in the village of Ērģeme.
