Herbsts
Raimonds began his first experiments eight years ago. As he says, his goal is to produce natural, slow-fermented cider. He crafts his cider exclusively from local apple varieties you might be quite familiar with: Bogatyr, Lithuanian Pepin, and Antaninis.
He founded his small cidery in an orchard planted by his grandfather more than sixty years ago. The cidery is located in the village of Gramzda.
