Tori siidritalu
Veranika and Karmo established their vineyard and apple orchard on land once owned by their grandparents. Most of the apple trees growing here have grafts from old and wild apple trees found nearby — varieties that proved to be well-suited for cider. As Karmo says, recreating the familiar taste of French or English cider is simply not interesting. On the contrary, their goal is to craft a fresh, delicious Estonian cider made solely from local apples. They produced their first cider in 2014. The cidery is located in the Sooma region of Estonia.
